DELIVERY
We aim to deliver quickly, via second class mail. We will let you know immediately, if there is any delay to your order. 

CANCELLING ORDER
Any order placed can usually be canceled within 12 hours. After this period, if your order has not been dispatched we may still be able to cancel. Dispatched orders can't be cancelled.

RETURNS
Under distance selling rules, you can return your order. If you would like to return your order, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. Returned, items need to be in an unused condition.

Please contact us for a return number, if you wish to make a return.

ITEMS DAMAGED
If your item is damaged during transit, kindly report it to us, as soon as possible. 

We will offer returns, refunds or replacement where items are faulty/damaged.

If a return is issued please return any product, with its included accessories and packaging

along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you receive the product.

We will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

In addition, please note the following:

(i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and

ii ) Please note. Honey, can only be returned, if it is damaged in transit.

Otherwise, its return is not possible.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED
If you have not received your items, please let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with our carriers. If there are postal strikes. We will dispatch with an alternative courier.
Refunds or replacements are not normally issued, until we've heard back from the carrier.
