We ship exclusively within the UK.

Up to 2 kg -Royal Mail Tracked £3.80

2kg to 5 kg Royal Mail Tracked £8.50

5kg to 20 kg Royal Mail Tracked Courier £14.50

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 business days. However, please allow 3–5 business days for your goods to be dispatched during busy periods.

Certain items are made entirely from scratch. If your order requires a little extra time to create, we will contact you immediately to let you know.

Delivery & Tracking

  • Standard Deliveries: We primarily use Royal Mail Tracked services so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

  • Larger Parcels: We may upgrade your shipping to an alternative courier service at no extra cost to you.

Shipping Issues

If your delivery is delayed, please get in touch with us. Your order is special to us, and we will fully investigate any transit issues.

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you spot an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to adjust it. Any extra shipping fees incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Under the UK Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned to us in their original, unused condition.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

  • Process: Please contact us before sending your items back so we can issue you a formal return number.

Our Packaging & Sustainability

All of our parcel packaging is biodegradable. We primarily use a brown infill paper called hive honeycomb wrap to protect your items.

Occasionally, we use a green cellulose bubble wrap for products that need extra protection. While this look and feels like plastic, it is completely plant-based, strong, reusable, and 100% biodegradable.

To reduce waste, we sometimes reuse clean cardboard boxes for oddly shaped parcels. However, most orders are shipped in brand-new boxes. When it comes to sustainability, we are always learning and adapting our methods.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. We will only ever use your personal information (such as your name, address, and email) to process, complete, and ship your order.

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we will only use your email address to send you updates and special offers. We will never sell, lease, or pass your data on to third parties. Your information stays completely safe with us.
